Look out for an email that says you missed a voice message on your
WhatsApp. The link on the email is reported to be infected by a malware.

The email states that the message has come from 'WhatsApp Reminder' with a misspelled name as "Whats AppReminder" and a subject line "Missed Voice mail - with a time stamp".

Once you open the email, you will be informed that you had received a voice message and a small link will be provided to help you view the message.

On clicking on the ‘autoplay’ link, you will be taken to website ‘http://chitraprakashan.com/wp-content/plugins/nubia.php’ which then redirects you again to ‘http://homesupplementsale.ru’ a pharmacy website which has an active malware waiting to pounce into your operating system.

To be safe do not get excited and click on any unwanted links, Whatsapp has no voicemail alert system and it does not send users any personal emails. Use a good anytivirus to detected malwares on the wesites or attachments before opening it.
