How to Fix Windows 11 Update Error

Click on search icon - 

Type services

                                                              Click on Windows Update

                                          Right click on Windows Update and click on Properties

                                                     On start up type choose - Automatic

                                                 Click on apply, then click on start and ok

                                                               Now open task manager 

Click on File - Run new task

Type in services.msc

                                                                           Click on browse

   Click on C: drive and open Windows folder and search for System32 folder and open it.

   Search for cmd file and open it

   Now type --update after C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe

   And check the box - Create this task with administrative privileges. It will open command prompt

Now type gpupdate /force

Type exit

Now go to settings > Windows Update > Advanced Options and check on Receive updates for other      Microsoft products and Get me up to date.

Finally navigate to C: drive > then Windows folder > then Software Distribution and delete all the files  and folders inside Software Distribution folder.

Restart the system and Update your OS flawlessly.
